This Privacy Policy explains how Party Panic TV, a mobile game by FresnoSoft, handles information for the initial release.
Party Panic TV does not require an account to play the initial release. The game does not include public chat, social messaging, user media uploads, or features that ask for your real name.
The initial release does not collect precise location, contacts, photos, videos, microphone input, or camera input.
Party Panic TV may store gameplay progress on your device, such as coins, rewards, cosmetics, daily missions, settings, match progress, and similar game state.
If future builds enable third-party services for ads, analytics, crash reporting, or in-app purchases, those services may process technical information such as device identifiers, app interactions, purchase events, diagnostics, crash logs, app performance, operating system, and app version.
The current MVP build uses mock ad and purchase systems during development. If a production release enables real advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or purchase SDKs, their providers may process data according to their own privacy terms and platform requirements.
We do not sell personal information.
Party Panic TV is a casual game with cartoon competition and comic sabotage. The recommended audience for store submission is 13+. The game is not designed to collect personal information from children.
You can uninstall the app to remove locally stored app data from your device, subject to your operating system behavior. You can also contact us with privacy questions or data requests.
If Party Panic TV adds accounts, online multiplayer, social features, real advertising, real purchases, analytics, or crash reporting, this policy may be updated to describe those changes.
